Andrew T. Holmes, J.D., LL.M. joined Executive Financial Services, Inc. as Legal Counsel in 2010. Andrew brings to this position an outstanding educational background that include:

• Graduating from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Accounting;
• Receiving his Jurist Doctor degree from the Mississippi College School of Law where he was a member of the National Order of Barristers, was on the Dean’s list, served as Chair of the Moot Court Board’s External Competition Committee and was a Regional Semifinalist in the 2009 National Trial Competition;
• Receiving his LL.M. in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law where he received CALI awards for Excellence in Estate and Gift Taxation and in Practical Issues in Wealth Planning and Drafting.

Andrew brings added strength to our ESOP and Ownership Succession Consulting capabilities with his in-depth knowledge of corporate, partnership, LLC and estate taxation. He quickly will become a key member of our highly skilled professional team.
